We have taken the road in order to produce the freshest tastes as per the wishes of our guests. To succeed this idea, we were at the crossroads. Either we would bring our guests to the factory or we would transfer the factory to them. We choose the second and transformed each and every shop into a factory. Accordingly, we established the first factory on Karaköy, which is a 1000-year-old district of Istanbul, one of the beautiful cities on earth. Now, all our guests are experiencing it with us together. We needed to express our vision in the best way. Instead of choosing the desserts from the menu as per the classical serving method, the idea of preparing the desserts with our guests excited us very much. As adapted quickly, they took the desserts which they personally designed to their tables, without letting us to help them. Our guests shared all the process in their social media accounts and put the last stone to the concept. In this way, all the product outputs from the factory reflected the feeling of our guests.
